We’ve made it simple for mySycous residents to update tenancy information through our online form. Whether you are moving in? moving out? Or you are a landlord wishing to add a new tenant, you can now keep us and your statements up to date in just a few clicks.

If you’re a new customer…

Welcome! Let us know that you’ve recently moved in so we can setup your utility account and start providing you with accurate energy statements. To complete the form, we just need a few details from you and your latest meter reading(s). A member of our support team will then be in-touch to notify you that your account has been opened. In the meantime, please visit our Help and Support section for tips on managing your account and frequently asked questions.

If you’re an existing customer…

Keep us up to date if you’ve recently moved out so we can prepare your final statement and confirm that your account has been closed. To complete the form, we just need a few details from you including your account number and latest meter reading(s). Once you’ve updated our support team we'll confirm when your account has been closed and the final statement generated, or if we need any more information. We may need to ask for evidence to confirm your move-out date, but this can normally be confirmed by us contacting the utility supplier, who may also be your managing agent, building owner or housing provider.

If you’re a landlord customer…

Add a new tenant to your property using our online form! To complete the form, we just need a few details from your new tenant including move-in date and meter reading(s). Once you’ve updated us, you will receive an email confirmation and one of our experts will be in touch if we need any more details.
