Introduction to the mySycous support team
Our Support Team are your single point of contact for issues relating to your metering and billing.
We are here to understand and help resolve any issues that may arise alongside meeting all contractual charging requirements for your utilities. We are employed by your utilities supplier to deliver a fantastic level of service.
It is important to understand that we do not set-out the service or commercial offering to you, which includes your tariff. However, we are happy to help explain how tariffs are set-up and key information about your utilities supply!
You can contact our team by phone on 0333 880 3115, using our ‘Get in Touch’ page, through our Facebook page or using the LiveChat facilities on this page. Our team are available Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, except bank holidays. If you have an emergency outside of these times you should contact whoever is responsible for maintaining the system, normally the utility supplier or building owner.
Our Support Team are all based at our Leeds office, with the person responsible for our team and the service delivered to you being Hannah Abbas. Hannah has extensive experience of metering and billing from the utilities and business sectors, now she has also become an expert of heat networks as well!
Hannah ensures our Support Team have access to the right information, systems and training to constantly improve how we deliver a fantastic service. This includes things like our special training and demo wall in our office where the most common systems are installed, so we can use the equipment that is installed in your home.
We constantly invest in providing the best tools available to our team and to you. Most recently this has included the accessibility software from ReciteMe on mySycous.com. This great solution improves the accessibility of our digital resources to those who need additional support to receive the full benefit from language translation to audio recordings.
Things don’t always go right and when they don’t we want to take the opportunity to step-back and make things right. You can always provide feedback to us on what we do well, or ideas how we can improve, just Get in Touch. You also have the right to make a Complaint where we have not been able to resolve your issue.
